The Co-President's Message
Dear members of the Harbor Transportation Club,
We want to thank all of you for your continued support as a member of the HTC. Your membership and partnership in our events put you in with a group of professionals who want to be informed, involved and socialize with others that share the same business challenges as you. It is this support which helps the HTC fund multiple scholarships for the Global Logistics Specialist program at Cal State Long Beach each year.
We have always been faced with our share of challenges in the transportation industry and this upcoming year will surely be no different. It is our goal to bring these topics to our membership with informative meetings featuring speakers that are knowledgeable and provide you with a forum for updates on current issues. In addition to these meetings we have some other great events planned for the upcoming year that includes two fun golf outings, terminal tours and our ever so popular annual harbor cruise in September. We hope you will be able to join us throughout the year as each event is a great place to network with customers and business associates.
We would like to thank all of the officers and directors of the club along with their companies for allowing them the time to be part of the club. If we didn't have their support none of this would be possible.
