HTC Board member Patty Allen, along with members of the CERT (Certified Emergency Team) was in the Belmont Shore Christmas Parade on December 4th. Cert is a division of the Fire Dept. which teaches disaster preparedness and awareness to the public. CERT conducted a disaster seminar for the Harbor Transportation club in October. Ms. Allen is Sales Manager for Shippers Transport Express, who provided the truck and flatbed for the event.
