Port of Los Angeles High School Student Receives HTC Scholarship
 

Port of Los Angeles High School student Andrew Chong thanks HTC: "Dear HTC, thank you so much for this scholarship. I am honored that you have chosen me for this generous donation. I am going to use this scholarship to buy books for college. I am glad to know that education is still extremely valued in this country and that there are people like you to help keep it going. My journey to UC Riverside will be very delightful knowing I have been supported by the HTC"
